Add products to your cart, enter billing and US shipping details, review your USD total and select Pay. The checkout page displays your verified payment status and order reference.

Can I modify or cancel my order?▼
You can change your cart before payment. After payment, contact support with your order reference as soon as possible.
What if an item is out of stock?▼

What wood types do you offer?▼
Our chess sets feature walnut, maple, rosewood, sheesham, ebony, and boxwood. Each wood has unique grain patterns and color characteristics.
How do I maintain my wooden chess board?▼
Keep your board away from direct sunlight and extreme humidity. Use a soft microfiber cloth for cleaning. See our Care Guide for detailed instructions.
Do you offer custom or personalized sets?▼

What payment methods do you accept?▼
Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover in USD. Other displayed logos are for reference only.
Is my payment information secure?▼
Your payment details are encrypted and processed securely. Our servers do not receive or store your full card number or security code.
Do you offer installment payments?▼
Installment payments are not available.
Shipping
How much does shipping cost?▼
Standard shipping is $5, free when your product subtotal is $70 or more. Tax charged at checkout is $0.
Do you ship internationally?▼
We currently ship to US addresses only. International billing addresses require a separate US delivery address.
How long does delivery take?▼

Returns
What is your return policy?▼
We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. See our Return Policy for full details.
How do I start a return?▼
Email support@zorvantrading.com within 7 days of delivery. Obtain return authorization and a shipping address before sending an item back.
What if my item arrives damaged?▼
